This Par 4 needs to be played down the left side of the fairway in order avoid OB on the right and a large tree that overhangs the right side and blocks the approach to the  green.  Long hitters be aware of the bunker in the left rough at the turn of Hole #3.  Green is two-tiered and can have some tricky pin placements.  The tee has right-of-way over those playing the 3rd hole.
